I don't even know if I like this. I was working with Photoshop, and it's so... yeah. I'm not sure. I could explain why I don't like this, but there's probably only one who would understand; please, then, feel free to tell me what you think. I'd love to know.

Oh, and this isn't meant to be political or anything, I was just listening to that song while working on this, and I like that part. I felt it was appropriate by how I worked with the photograph, but... anyway.

I also took this one, as most of them recently, earlier this year, with the lovely fog we'd been greeted with that morning. It's a change for all kinds, yes?

I love this one! It's beautiful in itself, but there's also something eerie to it. It reminds me of L4D2, and I expect to see a horde of zombies in the horizon every second!

If I were a better editor, or artistic soul, I would work hordes of zombies into the photograph. Just because that would look brilliant.

If I go out with the friends I have who play L4D, and one of them has to go because his girlfriend just called, the common phrase is ofc: "xx startled the witch"

Eerie.
It reminds me of two years ago when there was a forest fire in Canada. I was in Quebec on a trip at the time, and the sun turned red. The sky was red. Everything seemed so silent and still.

Ah, yes, I've seen that before myself. It wasn't a large fire, but I lived across this lake and some teenagers accidentally set a fire in the forest on the other side, under a lot of mountains; the fire burned for several acres before it was put out, and the sky didn't like it very much.

Incredible sights, but still heartbreaking.

I don't, either. They need a good, I don't know. Smacking-to? But most of them are children and teenagers, so that would technically be child abuse... and that's not good...

I remember when I first heard that song; I was driving somewhere and it was playing. It was almost disturbing and entrancing and when it was over I felt like I had experienced something immense. 'Mr. President, if you asked the woman who had been denied the help she needed to feed her children because you said you needed the money for a tax break for a millionaire or for a missile we couldn't afford to use.' That line with the accompanying music still sends chills down my spine.

Oh, and the picture is good, too. I guess.

The shot is beautiful; I really like the editing you did to this, the colours in particular. Haunting and dark, yet not too much.

I also think I'm terribly biased when it comes to your pictures, or maybe I just have your same tastes? Either way.

I'm glad you do, yes. It's just me being neurotic over my photography again. It will pass sometime, I'm sure, hope, plead. Something.

As I am, to yours; and hm, I don't think we have similar tastes at all. What would give you that preposterous idea, I wonder?

I hope when you thought of me, some of it belongs to when we'll share a hot chocolate, because that's what I can't stop thinking about right now.
