Working on this 1 a fair bit. Have been in collaboration with Leisa from the Neocodex Forums to speed things up a bit.SouOrtiz - Tagging you in this now, so that when I update, you'll get notified.
This preview was of the beginning of the project from a week or so ago. I'll upload an updated view sometime tomorrow/later today (2am as of this upload)
On another note Thank you for SouOrtiz for permission to use the Character.
Once the primary steps are finished, I'll then create the Wallpaper greenmapple17 , really hope you'll enjoy it
and after that I'll upload the character itself.
So keep your eyes peeled!
EDIT - Added current progress SouOrtiz
EDIT 17th of March - Got the Hair and Bunch locks and rings shaped in... I'm going to push myself to get the hair all done, then face and eyes including shadows. Then i'll fix up whatever else I'm missed..
EDIT 18th of March - Face Partially Shaped, Collar Shaped. Its a little hard to correctly layer each layer but I'm getting there. Next step is to finish the rest of the face and its shadows. Then hair shadows and the rest.... Its the 18th now, tonight I'll have a fair bit more time to work on it, hopefully. I want to finish this by the 21st :3

I think that whatever you do with this, it's going to be amazing.
I mean.
The coloration and structure is just amazing.
I wouldn't be able to pull something like this off.

Well edit this, and update the main file so its All blurred and you can't see anything. Edit the description and link to the new deviation which isn't blurry xD ?

Haha, think if you could check out my other stuff you'd give some comments/feedback on them? They're mostly Photomanips/Signatures/Wallpapers and random pieces but I think After I get the hang of illustrator a bit more in the future by doing another few projects I think I'll have to create an Original Piece based on my Char and Book :3

Imagine how many people and things are surviving just because of that extra positivity.
My grandmother always said to be a flame that never goes out instead of a raging fire. At least that way I'd still be there as a never ending beacon of light for those lost in the darkness.
I definitely wouldn't want to be a raging fire.. Imagine it. You'd burn so bright, you'd burn warm and with the most power you ever could... End then you'd end. You'd stop. You're smolder and smoke and go dark. I wouldn't want that. I wouldn't want to be the darkness another would have to pass through just to find a quiet but bright candle flame...

I've gotten permission from SouOrtiz just in case you're unsure.
The project is based around building it up through illustrator and I have 3 or so project uses for it, the Main project being the Illustrator Side, the 2nd being a wallpaper (probably 2 versions, flat/vector and photomanip) and the 3rd being the object release as a rander/transparent bg version. Though all permissions for use will have to be gotten from SouOrtiz . Even though I'm making this project, the Character is owned by Sou, and I'd hate for people to mis-understand haha.
So hopefully when I finish, the product of doing this should hopefully both impress you, others and Sou
I can't forget to thank a friend for helping with the pen tooling in illustrator too.

Yeah, haven't even worked on it for awhile now. Gotta try and clean our house before I spend hours on it. Gotta do some more shaping and details/lines and shading/lighting then I have to sort out all of the layers o.o fuuuuuuucckkk xD
