This is generally a really good piece, the colours fit really well, and I just adoooree the face! The eyes looks really amazing, and gives of a calm/somewhat mischevious vibe. The hair is also fairly solid when it comes to shading. I also really like how it melts in with the background, but it doesn't look smudged! Not a lot of artists can do it like that ^^
The two things that I notice here is how the lines seem rather inconsistent, and doesn't really fit. I recommend trying to do more solid lines!, as well as the fact that there is a lot of white spaces by the hair. For that, I recommend either doing more solid lines, as said before, or adding overlays of hair to make it look more natural!

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I'll try to improve. But there's a big reason why I don't have very solid line, that's because I digitally done my art by laptop. I mean really only laptop, no mouse, no mechanical pen or other device so it's kinda difficult. And if I will do clear lineart digitally, I may spend a whole day on it. XD

Have you ever tried Paint tool Sai? (There's a free trial version that lasts about 20-30 days I believe) In it you can easily do clean lines without a pen, or even a mouse! It doesn't take very long, either ^^
Oh, but that's just my recommendation! You don't really have to act on it haha

Never, but I saw my friend use it. I think it's harder to use than PhotoShop. XD
