Description
After making the set of the four legendary Pokémon from the RBGY era as EX-ish cards, I had to do a couple of my favorites in the same style. I almost never play a Pokémon game without raising a Gyarados, so I just had to make one. These "Pokémon 100" cards are supposed to be like EX cards but balanced to play with base-neo set cards.
