hello, my name is Toast and this is a rant about how I e been mentally abused.
My mother made me second guess myself, not trust people, feel bad for things I shouldn't, over apologize. she guilt tripped me, told me traumatizing things like "Your dad's going to jail!" (that was a year long battle), acted like I was an awful person for being scared of her after she almost broke my hand when she had a manic episode, and put my dad threw a nasty divorce and custody battle and I even had to testify at the age of 13. it was so bad my therapist couldn't do anything because Mental Abuse is near impossible to prove.
