Synonymous with mischief and causing trouble. Those who know the gods lineage will know that Loki is the father of Fenris the Wolf (as well as other non-humans but it's fenrir that interests me most
), I took that thought and gave Loki the wolfs pelt and the tooth necklace.Commissions: yes I do commissions, they are not expensive they are quite cheap.

I love the contrast and the shading on the clouds. I was a bit confused by the title at first, I thought your dog was named Loki. I thought maybe he died and this was supposed to be a picture of him from heaven

Stories told to me when I was younger?

However I will not be able to correct the story teller as they are now dead.

I checked my sources (edda and the like) and couldn't find anything about Loki being a god of war (fire I often find in compilations written far far later, but IMHO they confuse him with LoGi there). Thor was for a good period of time counted as war god (if I understand it correctly) with loki always being around him.
But still the picture is nice

Maybe that is where my grandparents got confused
They use to collect old artefacts and when my gran died (grandad died 23 years ago and gran 7 years ago) the person who inherited her collection was murdered and the lot stolen, she did have a large old book with old stories in it, so I can't check if it was from that book or if it was tales passed down.
I was told about how Loki was forever starting the wars and for his nuisance was made a trickster and no longer a full god of war.... 
Suppose it's better than what my brother-in-law from England said 'Loki the god of shit'

As for loki: Maybe the one who wrote down the story mixed up a line about the worst marvel of all came from loki (in this case not menaing his monstrous children). I think (as said, I'm no scholar) but I think that said worst marvel/monster of all is Betrayal and Dishonesty, some of the worst crimes in the norse society, if I remember correctly.

I used some custom brushes that I got on a photoshop magazine, all of the textures were from photos I took of bits and pieces around the new house and over all was the grey noise effect then obviously the lens flare filter
I'm still a bit shit at the the way the light bounces around the body but I'm getting better.... slowly
