put under the traditional category because way more effort went into the drawing. the color job was quick and easy.anyways, something random that i had to sketch last night. i had already been in bed for forty minutes, but i couldn't sleep and was feeling hugely inspired, so i turned the light back on and did this, against my better judgement. i like this result. i'll probably be doing more of these.

sweet I could see a period piece ( Medieval or Neo-Medieval) being done out of this. I could also see this as a Mermaid or Dragoness type too.

That's a very interesting style, enhances a sense of dimension with those cut-out white shapes. I also love the fluidity... the line of her hair coordinating beautifully with her arm. Beautiful piece
