Hah hah, that's awesome! I guess a boxing ring is a pretty logical place to put characters like these in the eternal battle of good vs. evil.

I'm not usually into religious songs. BUt, this reminded me of the one time I took anΒ interest. back in 1985, a singer called "Carman" put out a song called "The Champion". It was about Jesus and the Satan going at it in the ring with God as the referee. All the saints and angels were in Jesus's corner and all the sinners and demons were in Satan's.
It was a VERY Intresting song.
I'm not posting this link to promote religion- just to share an inresting song:

Thanks for linking the song, that was EPIC! It reminded me a lot of something from a later Rocky soundtrack. I'm not religious, myself, but I'm still very interested in the history and stores in the Bible. And like I said before, superheroes are our modern mythology, and without the Bible and classical Greek influences I don't think we'd have them as we know them.

That's very true. Alot of the heroes are based on religious and mythological bases- just look at Thor as one example. Marvel has referenced the Norse Myths several times for his comic.
