I really enjoyed the process of making this drawing. I used a charcoal 'brush' and simply used the same methodology I use when I draw with actual charcoal and paper, using the eraser to create highlights and layering until the shadows are as deep as I want them. I absolutely love drawing hyper-realistic eyes, especially cat eyes.There are moments when you look into a cat's eyes and see the detail and soul of an entire world in them.
