I think this is my favorite of the set thus far. The pose and composition are nicely done. It's not balanced left and right, but given the subject and the very loose and (at least to the time's mindset) startling style, that rather fits. It adds some dynamism to the otherwise static (though suiting) pose. The lighting on her cheek is a bit distracting as I think my eye expects a smoother area there, but it hardly hurts the image all that much. It's interesting how the image almost implies a "tear-drop" shape with her face, collar, and legs and it's repeated, partly, with the chain she's wearing.
The cigarette is a great touch, too. It fits the concept, though a lack of smoke with a visible cigarette feels "staged" even though, as a smoker myself (A casual smoker, rather than an addict) I know there isn't always some wisp tailing about, but again it's what the mind's eye expects.
The model is strikingβshe looks like she just rolled out of the mad mash-up of time periods and is perfectly at home there or here not because the environment fits her, but because she fits herself. GREAT confidence in her. and she wears the odd assortment of styles like her own skin. I'm always wondering how much of your models' wardrobe is theirs and yours because of how perfectly it always seems to suit them.

Thanks for this great in-depth critique/comment. I appreciate it when anyone takes such a close look, and shares their thoughts.
In answer to the question at the end-- Most of the time, my models bring their own clothes. Sometimes my concept is more specific, and I bring some or all of the clothing. (For instance, the Crow Girls series.) Of course, with fashion shoots, the designer provides the wardrobe.

I think this was partially inspired by the movie of Chicago, though only in a vague way.
