Here's a story.

Once a witch in a state of lassitude, feels alone and decides to cast a spell on a pumpkin seed, the spell alone would be activated in a seed growth phase. This materialized, the pumpkin grew and with the force of the spell it dragged itself to the nearest scarecrow, taking over its body covered by the roots that ended the witch by hanging. This staff is the only memory you can have.
