Her hair is described many times to be curly, but the cover of the novel shows her as straight-haired, though, so I think she cosplayed that version.
In Dragon Age: The stolen throne Queen Moira had blonde hair, in the video game you can find a picture showing her with fiery red hair.

Questa foto l'ho fatta in un parco a Treviso ;3 Per quanto riguarda il castello c'erano 3 fotografi ufficiali ma potevi farti anche le foto per conto tuo, anche perche' eravamo quasi in 60 e se aspettavi che il fotografo si liberasse...non a caso l'80% delle foto che ho recuperato me le hanno fatte gli altri cosplayer...
