And as the two dragons plummeted to the lake below, their riders grappled on Vhagar's massive back. In his position, still fastened to his dragon's harness, Aemond One eye was helpless to defend himself. Prince Daemon wrenched the helm from his nephews head and the the one eyed Targaryen gazed up in fear at his uncle. And then, hefting the sword high and pointing it straight, Daemon drove Dark Sister towards Aemond's face. The prince did not even have time to utter a cry as the sharp point of the sword pierced his good eye and went through his skull. He was dead before the blade even broke through the back of his head. And Daemon Targaryen, The Rogue Prince and the one time King of the Stepstones, perished as the bodies of the Dragons crashed into the waters below.
