All correct for ~Vangardt , Yes about Jorus and Yes for Ulic , notice wend i draw Exar kun ; i put Ulic not to far , I also normally dress im in more vibrant colors.

I think that's close, at least. Not sure about Jorus and the one I am thinking is Ulic clearly has some tattoo on his forehead, but not necessarily Ulic's.

I believe that is Darth Bane, but I could be mistaken. The trailer for TOR had launched by the time this picture came out, even if the game hadn't, so it's possible. I would certainly argue that Bane is a more important Sith Lord, at the very least.
