Author's Notes: Hello! How are you guys? I hope you're fine and not sick like I am now *sigh*. Anyway, I did this yesterday and I'm so happy with it! I really loved the episodes where HRE confessed to Chibitalia, they were such sad ones! I have to admit that I cried... So, since that time, I wanted to draw something of that moment and finally, here it is! I'm really, really happy~Time: 3 to 4 hours
