Description So... story behind this... well I used to play with LPS (littlest pet shop) when I was younger and I was walking out of my room when I kicked over the bag that contained them (we were meant to sell them ages ago) all the contents spilled and I happpened upon a persian kitty... well that sparked my creativeness

So this is my first customised LPS toy, it is Yellowfang from the Warrior Cats series, she is backed against the fifth book in that arc because she dies in it, I am quite proud with her actually she is dark grey but the photo makes her look black *shrugs* oh well...

it's nice to know I'm not the only person making lps warriors eheheh
nice job with her paws and nose! her eye outlines are a bit messy, but they [her eyes] still look really nice uvu

what sort of paint did you use? and did you do anything to the toy before painting?

Yeppers! I plan to make as many of them as I can. Awww, thank you. I know, her eyes almost killed me... but first attempts can leave room for mistakes. She came out more black than dark grey too but that's just the photo quality.

I used regualr acrylics to paint everything and no, I didn't do anything to her other than run her under some water, dry her off and sit down and paint her.

I already have a Brokentail and a Raggedstar in the making but I do want to do a Silverstream, Greystripe, Feathertail and Stormfur.

I used to play with Littlest Pet shops, and Im thinking about customizing some. I've read that if you add epoxy to them you can make wings or double tails and such!

SHe was my first attempt so far.

Same, I have a bag of them but not many kitties. If you do make sure to ave a varnish or protector for any paint you use. Epoxy... never heard of using that but there is always polymer clay too. You should be very careful baking them with the clay though since LPS is a very light plastic.

I've heard that epoxy sculpt works well because you don't have to bake it.

Ahhh, I might try some then. I'm thinking Ferret and giving her some fantasy features but I'll need a bit more sculpting practice.

Sounds cool. It's really fun to do, start basic but then move up to more complicated. Like right now I am doing Brokenstar and his tabby stripes are relly fun to do.

hahahaha I remember when I sed to play with them with my ex best friend... we used to pile my pets together and then we'd pick a leader andthen warriors and then items, any pest who didn't get chosen were the bandits who came in and did battle with our warriors... good times

And yes, my little persian became a real warrior... well medicine cat
