Monkey is such a gentle little soul. He gets along with everyone and all he ever wants to do is love. Since moving here to Oregon we have really seen him flourish. Before we moved here he was an outside cat by choice, he didn't really want attention from people but I would always try and he would always try to get away from me. LOL

That has changed now since we moved here because for the first 6 weeks we were here he had to spend it it all indoors. At first he just hid under the bed mostly, he would come out to eat and I would pet him and he would go back under but now it is not like that at all.

Monkey has become the most affectionate of them all besides Mikey. He actually comes looking for it by head butting me. He goes outside now but not for too long. I keep my window always open when the cats go out to play and when they are done they just come over to the window and meow and I let them in. Monkey always meows first after going out, he doesn't like to be away from me for long which I love.

I think it's amazing how different animals act in different environments and different situations. Monkey was standoffish before because he was always outside, I never had a chance to see this side of him...I am so glad I get to see it now.

This Photograph was taken in our front yard. He is standing on a platform that is built around a tree. The platform is used for the swing that goes from one side of the creek to the other. It is now the Kitty Throne.
