Description
Another older sketch I decided to line and color! This child is essentially an Ice/Psychic Mewtwo who wears armor made of Regice "hide" (Ice? Flesh?). They were the project of a lab far in the north and escaped when the facility was raided by a rival gang... They avoided capture and ended up befriending a Regice who protected them, literally, with its life. A vicious battle left their companion fatally wounded, the two found a way to ensure they would still be together and Mune would still be protected...
The armor, though removable, is "living" in a sense. When worn, the Regice's thoughts can still be heard as whispers in the back of their mind.
I got this bean in a trade about three years ago, but this is the first time I've done a proper drawing of them!

I have seen some pretty garish Mewtwo hybrids over the years, but the armor idea is very refreshing.

I'm glad you enjoy them! The original designer had them as a straight fusion/hybrid, but I figured out pretty quickly that I preferred the type-swap/armor idea.
Looking at the ragged linework on this is horrifying though, geez
