I've always had a soft spot for mermaids and particularly those that mix up the fish and the woman more. The typical "disney" style mermaid is all fish from the waist down and all woman from the waist up. I like your approach here mixing the two so instead of being literally half fish and half woman she really becomes more of a fish woman. I particularly like the scales going up her arms, face, and around the breasts. I also really like the blue skin. I think normal skin colours just don't suit a mermaid. Well done. I like it.
