Beautiful! Nice work on the outfit and her! Looks great! It would be nice if the characters was able to wear more then the default one outfit all the time.

The problem with them have new outfits would be new sets in the flash programs and skeleton parts will have to be made of all characters who would get new outfits. Thus that is partly starting from scratch vs adding more to the already made sets and emotions, expressions both body and facial, and more.
Still I've seen some impressive new outfits made by many artists for Beth, Sadie, Sierra (above), and others that adds and gives different perspectives of the characters.

That's why when you do rarely see characters in different outfits they are only in them for a short amount of time with actions only made to fit the scene(s). Even during the days when hand drawn animation using CAPS the model sheet and practice in making a character one way can get thrown off if many outfits are added to the mix. While for flash since the master section and designs are made it would depend if not just outfit was changed but hair motions, facial looks, and much more was changed as well. They could overlay the new outfit over the existing body/design but sometimes it's not that simple. So if they where going to have a long term change in the characters (whole season vs few minutes or one episode) it would require alot of time and work put in. Thus perhaps start with the old outfit and design but during the course of the season they gain the new design due to plot or integrations or development reasons then shortly they get eliminated and while the rest of the season is finishing up the creators/animators add to the new design and prepare motions and emotions for the next season where the new design lasts and is shown more.
Perhaps to get the fanbase invoked and feel they are a part of something they care about a makeover contest is made for Beth, Sadie, and Sierra. The writers have made it in the plot of World Tour 2 that the contestants will stop and relax temporally at a place (or close to it by bus) that so happens to be one of the top fashion cathedrals of the world (Italy, Paris, New York, Shibuya, ect) and have the stage set for the contest that Lindsay takes Beth for a makeover out of friendship, Katie and Sadie joins them on the bus to help but greatly for Katie own hopes in her dream to come true. Katie takes Sadie, Beth, and Sierra (tags along with all four hoping to improve her image for her "Coddkins") to be her models to a big fashion show where critics located in the area are attending and Katie has big plans to wow them with special outfits designed purposely for Sadie, Beth, and Sierra on the stage (in her bio Katie is a fashion designer and make her and Sadie's outfits from scratch). Now long before this episode starts production the contest is held. Fans and artists start making the three makeovers/designs/outfits for the three characters and explain why each part of the design was put in and how it helps the characters or showcases them in some way plus the color scheme in detail. After the set time limit and rulings are finished the runners up and winners will be relieved on the upcoming episode now in production. The runners ups designs will be shown in the episode as Beth, Sadie, Lindsay, and Sierra positively comments on the designs they see in Katie's "ideas" art-book but Katie says while she loves them she has in her sealed folder the three designs she will make for them for the stage. Near the end on the catwalk the three picked winning designs of the contest makes the appearance on Beth, Sadie, and Sierra and wow the harsh critics. The three as well love them and the rest of the cast (even the nasty ones) positively comment one them. The designs becomes the new default designs for the three. Katie is offered a big change due to the success of the show but has to leave the competition to do so and Sadie for a long time. They part with a hug as Katie stays to continue advancing her dream further and Sadie flying off to a bright new directions and further game-play. The winners have the design now be the default plus additional prizes.
I'm a animation and media fan and I like to read and think about all the backstage workings, drama, tasks, and process (and much more that we never really consider in the difficulty, time, considerations, management, and steps in make just 5 seconds of any show let alone one episode or season).

Nice, I'm a fan of animation too. I also agree with that. Maybe some of the characters haen't been in the new seasons because their getting a change? I'm wondering about that. It would be nice to have new outfits for Beth, Sierra and especially Katie and Sadie. Wearing the same clothes as your best friend can sometimes be a downfall xD
