Aren't they just? 8D I ran out of time so I had to get it commissioned, it's off taobao but you can do drill curls by covering a thin sheet of plastic with cement glue on both sides then covering it with wig hair and wrapping it around something~

Oh they really are!! Good ole taobao aye, lol. Yeah, I had figured that was how you would do drill curls, but I've always been too scared to go anywhere near them because there is a lot of things you can muck up lol.
