*Sigh of relief* You know when you draw something, and it doesn't look quite right and you're not sure if you really want to mess with it anymore, but you take the leap anyhow? And it turns out better? That's how I feel right now ^_^I like his hair in this version much better. The older style is nice too, but it's really hard to get it to look 'right'. With the messier, more realistic hair it's easier to reproduce. I love almost everything about this version except for the pants... they still don't look quite right, but the rest fits perfectly.
I don't like reworking characters... but I usually end up doing it anyway. But this time I think it'll work out just fine. It depends on how much I like the way he or she looks... and how easy it is to reproduce. I might still do something a little different with the bottom wrung of the shorts, that aside I like the feel of the rest of it.
But please, if you have any critiques (and if you actualy read all of this), be sure to point them out. I won't be offended ^_^

Other then that I was actually going to suggest giving him pants instead of shorts. That or give him something on his leg like a scar or a tattoo. They look a little bare compaired to the rest of him.

Yar, I was gonna mention the shoe thing too.
But as for the pants, I think that maybe if you incorporate the point somewhere else in the outfit, it'll bring it all together. Like in the top of the shirt perhaps?

Something I just noticed. The side view of his foot looks kinda small. Even if it was a girl, that foot are still kinda not proportionate.
What I'm really jealous though is how good you got those shoes to look! You wouldn't believe how much trouble I have making shoes!!! >__< GRRR! ~*to self*~ Is it any wonder why I rarely draw anyone's body after the waist??!

Thank you for the input! You're right... the shoe ain't right. But I'm really excited with how it turned out all the same! Just gotta work out his pants problem, does that sound right?

First and foremost, I have to agree with you on the bottom rung of the shorts. It looks good but... it doesn't quite look 'right'.
Besides that, lol just let me sit here and drool for a bit.
