It think this shows that Donnie does love April, but he knows that they can't end up together, because he's a 'Mutant Freak', and Is hiding, not only hidden love, but remorse, fear, worry. Even a deep hidden rage and vengeance that he keeps under lock and key, worrying that the demon inside him will take over, and he'll do unforgiving things.
But that's just my opinion. And can anyone actually make that? Like with Donnie being held back by chains and fire, and Donnie's inner Demon's gonna take control, and show the world his power? I'd love to see that!

Thanks! I tend to get REALLY Philosophical at times, well that, and I have an eye for detail. Which Is REALLY surprizing when you think about It, because I'm Fifteen and I have ADHD. No joke; that's my age and my Disorder, but I'm lucky to be more aware of my surroundings.

Well, the way she just shouts at Donnie for her Fathers Mutation, when It was just an accident, pardon my language, makes her seem like a bitchy, heartless, unforgiving bastard. Soooo, yeah, kinda agree with you.
P.S.: Do you know any artist on DeviantArt that could make Donnie's Demon (or Demontello)? I already drew him a few times, so I have a clear picture of what I think that he should look like (didn't post It, cuz I don't know how), but I feel like others could draw him better. Try making him with Black eyes, Blood Red pupils, a large, toothy grin, full to the brim with yellow fangs, three fingered claws (without thumbs), reptilian legs, a slit In his throat, huge, straight-standing Horns, and Black Blood. Also, make his mask look all torn and tattered.

Well, when I see this picture then...i can see that, she is sad...something worries her or someone hurt she's soul or something what she can't change. And the winter show the cold and sad situation...( the winter always the symbol of death and decay. When the nature became sleep and after revived in Spring..
