See? SEE? I am a productive person that DOES get the things on her list done. :3One down, 3249872 million to go! Mind you, I don't go in order. ;D
So this is an art trade with - 'tis her character, Kalista.
I like how this picture came out... I tried to pay extra attention to the lighting, so I hope it's right. The fact that there were multiple light sources made it a bit difficult, so I tried to focus mainly on the lanturn.
And the one thing I really DON'T like about this picture. I was trying to make those reflections that the water makes when the light hits it, you know, the wavy line thingers? They didn't turn out too well on the log... They look more like cobwebs or something. Bleehghg. D:
Other than that, I like this picture. xD
Oh yes, and I now have a watermark thing. Probably better than the text. :3

I really love the atmosphere in this piece, and the character's suspicious, slightly miffed expression. The placement of the fairies is awesome, they look so whimsical, and I also love how the wolf is carrying a lantern an dhow the environment is lit up with that bluish light. My one critique here is that the wolf is a bit too continuously luminated given the dim lighting -- perghaps you might want to make the areas not close to a lightsource a little darker, so that the lighting appears more dramatic and he appears more a part of the background. Great work, you have an awesome, disney-like style

I only notice one flaw in lighting.
The inside of his ear is glowing blue. That shouldn't happen unless there is a light source coming from inside its ear...
Which I presume there isn't.
