This was a really fun character to draw. 'Specially since I got to go splatter-crazy on the tail. >3
I really like how the background came out too.

You can't see the whole picture here because it wouldn't quite fit all in the scanner. There's a segment on the top with some branches that you can't see, which is pretty sad because it looked nice. UNGH. OHWELL. :<
MEDIA: faber castell India ink pen for lineart, prisma and copic markers, watercolor, a little white acrylic for splatters. On watercolor paper.

When I first saw this I died. Then I came back from the dead to stare at it all day. xD I whored it out to all my friends, too.
Just, ugh, holy shit I KNEW you'd do this character 354239832x justice and you totally did. The way you colored the orange fur, and the way you did the fluffy black, and I like how the one antenna isn't a fully connected line. And the splatters, just, holy shit. I could literally go on forever on how much I simply ADORE it.
The second I get this it's going up on my wall for all to see. :]

love the warm colours you used in this piece using the pale pinks, oranges, and greens in the backround makes the darker orange and black pop ou and stand out more
