Wine Red Diamond is a lesser Diamond than the main three, but among her followers she is viewed as just as influential and powerful. She runs her own self-sustaining court, needing little help from outsiders to keep it running at maximum efficiency. Even though she is quite lax with rules and punishments and would much rather spend the day having a snooty dinner party than figure out diplomatic plans, her rule is largely sucessful and popular amongst her court members.
