Jimmy - blues pigeon. I was very inspired by this song. Also this drawing is very special, 'cause it's the first time when you can see Jimmy's eyes.

Когда он родился, я погуляла по местам своего района, а потом начался дождь, и на помощь мне пришёл автобус номер 12. Я решила послушать всякие блюзики в дороге (очень люблю ездить в транспорте одна, чтобы спокойно слушать музыку) и эта песня к обстановке очень подошла. Пока я добежала от остановки до дома, то вся вымокла, переслушивая эту темку xD В общем, я сделала множество набросков по приходу домой, в том числе и этот.
Здесь вы видите блюзового голубёнка Джимми. Это очень особенный рисунок, потому что здесь вы впервые можете увидеть его глаза. По первоначальной задумке у Джимми должны быть очень наивные детские глаза, что никак не вяжется с его образом и бравадой. Поэтому он не очень любит их показывать - сразу становится понятно, что он, в сущности, ещё довольно юный и тоже может быть ранимым и уязвимым. На этом рисунке я первый раз добилась желаемого результата с этими самыми наивными глазками (был ещё один рисунок, но я его запорола).
Короче, надеюсь, что вам было интересно увидеть Джимми без очков [:

Finally he took the glasses off like we talked about long ago!
It's been long since I've seen something that captured my attention lately, I haven't talked to you in a while.
It realy is impressive how you manage to add dimension to the sadness of this character merely drawing him you have a way with expressions that is just beyond. Just by looking at those eyes it feels as he was beaming the feeling right through you and that music realy shows the inspiration.

I think I put a lot feelings in this pic. The weather, the bus, the music - everything gave me very special kind of inspiration. This art not my best, it wasn't hard technically, but still one of my most favourite at the moment. So I'm happy to know that you see all this in my pic! Thank you very much! Indeed it was not hard, however simple it may be it was inspired and it feels very much that way.
I'm under so much stress right now that I just couldn't comment your drawings anymore, but now when December comes I will be able to comment much more.
And well I always remember things like that it was a promise esencially and I was hoping to see you finaly taking his glasses off, because I knew this was going to be the result, I kind of understood the characters and your feelings with this particular character very easily and it always is difficult for artists to externalize things on that level, so it's always a pleasure when you show one of these which feels SO original you could actualy make a movie out of some of these characters. Very well done indeed!

Oh, not much, it's academic, but it is done by now (last Tuesday), so the stress is stopping.
