progress is about 40%
i took about 15 min to colour dis because i lack time
i enjoyed doing this a lot ^^
edit: 45% now . tanks a bunch for all ur guys comments and support XD
edit2: so far 55% , need more alot more shading esp on the wings. need also background. need textures - cracks for the wings and maybe scales/elephant+rock skin for his skin
any suggestions (i'm aware that it very very red at the moment and needs a contrasting background)? plz say !! ^^/
edit3: 100%? I know there are minor pixels flaws and the colours blow.. but here it is regardless ^^

looking back at this, its definitely crappy i say @@ its wayyy to dark, i needed more highlights. but anyway thanks for ure say (tho i dont reallty think it be fantastic ^^)!

I think that u should make a red haze or aura kinda think shinig around him, but not too strong...just a subtle one....

tanx a bunch. i wanted to make the backgorund a hellish ashy sorta place but i just can't do it. maybe i need to get photos of lava and volcanos hmm.. me think the lighting on the background doesn't match the demon's legs especially 
maybe ill scrap that background and make it a cavern so it's a lot easier to get the lighting right =O

Well, I think lava isn't such a good idea. I mean, the demon is red already. Make the background red too and you hardly see him. He won't stand out. And there won't be a contrast. You know?
