Entry- There is some debate on if Dilophossil was truly a poison type pokemon, of if found fossil records were contaminated by the toxic marshlands the fossils are found in. Some scientists are insisting that the revived instances of Dilophossil are a poor portrayal of how the pokemon was true to life. They bare a strange resemblance to Alolan Muk and Seviper, of note. Scientists state that if Dilophossil was truly a poison type, the toxification of the Marshland never would have lead to it's extinction.
