She is a dragon human hybrid, just like Emperor.

Here is Hesper, she was abandoned when she was younger and heard about Emperor. As she was traveling to find Emperor, she was eventually caught by people who saw her as a monster and was chained up in a cell, her ankle has a scar from the spiked chains and her claws. She found a way to escape and ran as fast as she could. She eventually found a camp filled with soldiers. She was caught by Castle and brought to Emperor. After a conversation that lasted awhile, she would be able to join the group and was like a little sister to Emperor.

New ref for Emperor is coming soon! I know I havent posted it here, but on my toyhouse and artfight, does it have the old ref.
