Drew my left hand and flipped it.
Not much more explanation other than taking some small breaks or changing things up because...i must've hurt myself by overextension or exertion at work somehow, my right hand and arm hurt from my thumb down half my forearm.
Tried to get this done as quickly as I could without pushing it too much, kinda-sorta worked before the pain set in.
Lots of ice.
