I cannot tell you how proud I am about this drawing. <3Heartbeat looks so cute.!And the background took awhile but I'm quiet proud of it. :3 Took me like 2 hours to complete but I finally did.
Please tell me what you think.I worked very hard on this.

It's a cute picture, but there's a few issues with it.
The grass seems very uniform, and it makes it seem unnatural, as if the picture were made with a backdrop. Switch up the lengths and directions the grass faces. Also, grass is rarely a pure green like this, adding a bit of brown into the color can help it seem more believable. It also may have been smart to choose a different shade of blue or a different color entirely for the sky, the ear sort of disappears in it. The rocks are all round. Rocks are rarely ever round like that, and are more lumpy in random spots.
Onto the dog. The anatomy is pretty off, especially in the legs. [link] See where the hocks begin? Yours are attached directly to it's thighs. [link] See? It never hurts to use refs. Especially with dogs, there's millions of pictures out there to check to make sure you get the anatomy right.
As for the tail, you have it far too bushy at the base. The tail should actually begin on the tail where the brown stripe is. Yours is too thick. This could be the actually character, but the tail should only be long enough to reach the hock, unless this is a fox, in which case the tail would be long enough to only barely avoid touching the ground.
Now the butterfly, it doesn't look like you really put that much effort into it. Seeing as you did so much as the rest of the picture, I'm guessing you just don't know any other way to make it. Again, references, they're great.
I see you made an attempt at lighting, you only really did edges. References can help you here too. The bumps and edges on a real animal is from muscles, checking around you can see where the ights should be. [link]

And as for the grass I'll be sure to try that next time ;D And I know I kinda rushed on the rocks.
I guess I will start using more refs and study the skeleton on a dog.It might just help me.
And yes I know. I should have maybe placed the butterfly on a different angle and everything.

Oh, only critique is related to the butterfly. Since you gave the canine fluff and other realistic features, I would suggest maybe giving the butterfly sharper forms. Maybe you could even draw it at an angle to show a different view of it's wings just to emphasize how light and thin butterflies are. But it's still really cute regardless, this piece is really nice
