Description Dark have been the days
since the sun has touched my pale skin
your name just a whisper of longing
on my aching lips
summer
But you have come back to me
and when your warmth touches my soul
laughter flows from my lips like water
and I see you, taste you, smell you
in everything I do,
and in everywhere I go
your name no longer a memory
but now my reality
summer.

This really would be perfect for Persephone! Great poem, and easy to see your longing for summer haha.

Yes. This winter has just seemed to drag for me. There was a lot of snow, and just when I thought it was getting warmer, I would have to go out in 5 layers. Ugh. But thank you. I actually did some writing back and forth with someone as Persephone with a Hades(the one who was my Hades was the one who wanted the poem about Hades) for a while. She's always been an interesting character.

Yeah, most of the US had lots of snow this year! When I lived in NY we had some bad winters too, and all I thought about was the warmer temps too haha. I like that approach of playing off someone else to write these! Very good
