The Battlefield is going to be in treasury of Nazarick. It would make sense that if Skynet ran out of resources in their war against the humans, it would need some ways to find more. The treasury of Nazarick would be a great bet.

That's true, but we also have to take into account the location as well. Nazarick's treasury. Pandora's Actor has access the all the Supreme Ones' weapons.

One thing that rivals tech is magic. So Pandora's Actor could use maybe one of the Supreme Ones' magical items to possibly nullify T-1000's reforming ability. But that's assuming the Supreme Ones have something of that sort.
