Can't believe that another year's already gone by, time flies..

I can't really tell from these if I improved or not XD Let's take a moment to think about it for a bit.. rambling incoming;

I'd say that this year my style was all over the place; I was influenced a lot by cartoons and the stuff that I love and I started trying new things, I started playing with different body shapes and maybe tried to break the strictly Spyro-style sturdy type of bodies? Even Icelectric got a change of posture in his new ref, I'm still playing around with those things

Finishing grammar school and then starting uni gave me quite a lot of free time this year, I posted quite a lot this year O-o I remember posting like 1 drawing per week when at grammar school, if even, and now I made more than that, so yay that's good

One thing that I'm happy about is that I got more into traditional art again this year; I got a bunch of new things (markers and papers) so I was trying them out, found out that I picked up a lot of things from digital art that works traditionally too AND I started to try drawing people again, yay! And quite of lot of diverse fan art

I also got a new tablet for my birthday which made me enjoy digital lineart again, so that's another positive thing

However, I was kinda lazy and I didn't really draw many very detailed pics, just a few ones here and there, I made lots of sketch-y ones, but I'm not gonna force it if I don't feel like it

One thing though that I'm pissed at myself for is that I still haven't started the comic... BUT I'LL GET TO IT ONE DAY I SWEAR, I guess I just don't have the patience and I wanna keep doing random drawings

Umm.. I guess that's all I can think of for now. Art-wise I'm happy with 2016 ^^

BUT ALSO!! I'd like to thank everyone who commissioned me, it really helps me tons and it makes me happy to know you like my art enough to commission me ;u;

Another random thing that came to my mind is that when I see myself listed on people's lists among "Idols" or "Inspirations", I usually stumble upon those randomly and am like omg, really ;u; Thank you, it's really nice to see that and I'm humbled, years ago I wouldn't have really thought I'd ever see that. I would've wished, but.. it's unbelievable.
