Am I drawing him too much now? XD I just wanted to do something like this ever since I had the idea to create him, so there ya go. If something like this appeared on my̳̻̥̭̲̩ ̥́c͏̖͉̘̼̤͈o̺̥̝m̴̗͖p̴̘u̴̬t͉̜̞̥͎͜ͅe̟̖͎͙̯̠r̴̙̼̘̥̬̗̱ then I'd probably run away XD
Having troubles figuring out how to do the glitching the way I want it but I think it worked out alright

Aaaah yus, gotta love that creepy and crazy grinning face, it like he's going to kill you. I like the red lines that you added in the eye, and also how you drew the eyes themselves.
