I haven't drawn anything digital in a while huh? 
I don't like the tree and the rock -_- But everything else seems fine to me! This time I like the scales X3 Isn't Spyro's head a bit small? 
I gues... not... or yes?... Let it be 
Just random idea of art... I just love Valley of Avalar Hope you like

First I make a sketch, then I close up and make the lineart in layer number 1. Then I move to layer 3 and add colours, in layer 2 I make shading in the layer 4 I do the background

Wow. Just wow. I really like this one. The scales looks very well and the background is fantastic and realistic, excpecially the rock.
I like the way how do you drew Spyro.
But i think, his head and neck looks a bit too small for the rest of his body. ^^'
Try the next time to make the blue sky a bit brighter.
But keep it up the good work!

Head a bit small? that depends on the head to body ratio you're trying to aim for. the digital skills wonderful, why ever question it. I believe the tree and the rock to be fine as they match and blend into the scenery just fine
