It's wonderful artwork, and you used amazingly all those tools to create it. I agree with you, keeping it without colouring was a good idea. The shiny spots are beautiful, and I like how her gem is glowing while she's smiling.

I'd say it depends, digitally it's easier to add effects and correct your mistakes which you can hardly do traditionally, however drawing on paper feels more natural and you have more control over the pencil and if you like having all kinds of different traditonal thingies (gel pens, markers, etc.) then it has this nice feeling to it, though I gotta say that Cintiq makes digital drawing feel more natural too
