Not your usual style, but even if it wasn't a mistake, it still looks cool!
Its as if the neck of the bass is the focal point ie that was the intention all along.

The light on the fingers is not annoying at all. It does in fact enhance the impression of speed. His fingers move at lightning speed across the bass. I, for one, would say the crop works fine. I am not at all bothered by seeing just half the bassist. The essential parts are there and we even get half a spot light and half an amp, too. It is consistent.

I've heard great things about "Chtonian Lifecode", sposed to be really good!
Keeper, yes! But it's definately not one of your greater shots.
The half shot thing is a great idea, but it could work really well if you tried to do it, i just hate blurryness! [God knows I've seen way too much of it on my half!]
Ok I changed my mind. The blur on the guitar actually looks really, really well!! I actually really like it now! Definately gives it a bit more "zork" ¦o)
Hopefully will hear the album in the near future!
