It's a dragon from my headworld, Saga, but as of yet it's nobody specific! The piece was concept work for how taming a familiar would work; an expensive and/or time-consuming process to create an appropriately scaled 'collar' that would then have to be put on the creature; being able to tame a dangerous or skittish creature would be more impressive than, say, a dog.
