Personality: Bitchy-whiny, self-centered, curious, intelligent, clingy-possessive, jealous, charming, flirtatious, prideful. She's not all cat though, when she knows she's wrong she'll become quiet and secluded, hiding herself from the rejection that could be caused by whatever she was wrong about.

Talents:
~ Hand-to-hand combat: Being the daughter of a Dojo Master, Lycrosis was quickly taught to
be quick on her feet and never turn her back on an enemy. She's great at close combat, quickly able to beat an opponent if the fight were physical. However, she has no skills with magic and very little with long-range combat. Making her an easy target for those who have longer weapons.
~ Knife wielding/throwing: Grabbing a bag full of things she couldn't part with, Lycrosis grabbed one of her father's most precious items, a silver dagger. He'd taught her how to use it after she'd begun teaching with him at the Dojo. While she's great at close-combat, she's proven herself even more lethal with a dagger. Tau also helped her hone her throwing abilities, which she had little of before. Although not as great as a professional knife-thrower she's able to hit the target despite her lack of long-range fighting skills.
~ Teaching: In the Sanura Dojo, Lycrosis was in charge of the younger age group, teaching basic martial-art skills and endurance, she loved teaching the younger children. The thrill of knowing that she'd helped a child learn how to defend themselves in case anything ever happened to them made her extremely happy.

Lycrosis was born south of Auric City, across the river (to the south) there's a house near the edge of the forest. Next to the house is a circular building known as the Sanura Dojo. Martial Arts, meditation, defense classes and childrens classes were available. The proud owners were Lily and Nathaniel Sanura, along with their daughter, Lycrosis they provided Auric City Citizens with a training facility.

However, when Lycrosis was 17 her mother, Lily, became ill and the illness stuck with her for 2 years before it changed. While she was tired and sore, Lily had continued with her classes as if nothing was wrong besides fatigue, but after 2 years she couldn't continue it. Her illness had gotten worse and to get out of bed took almost all her energy. As soon as she stopped teaching classes, nearly half of the costumers at the Dojo had to leave, the women weren't able to be trained by anyone but Lily and the children they brought with them also left. With most of the children gone, Lycrosis joined with her father and became the sparing partners for the Advanced class.

Lycrosis's skill brought back a bit of business and made more people want to take the Advanced class just to take on the young neko. However, after a few more months, the neko's mother had gotten so sick that Ly was forced to take care of her. Not that she minded, she loved her mother but nothing would help her illness. The week after Lycrosis completely finished with all her classes to completely tend to her mother, she heard them fighting. For a while afterward all she heard was her parents fighting, they were fighting about her mothers illness and about the lack of money from the Dojo and just everything they could think of. She couldn't handle her parents arguing so much, so Ly would frequently go down by the river, her own aquaphobia forcing her to never cross it, to escape the yelling. One day, after her parents had started a particularly nasty fight, when Ly was down by the river, she saw her father and her mother. Her father was dragging her mother down by the river, though she was struggling as much as she could since her mother had terrible aquaphobia as well. Ly was stunned as Nathaniel dragged Lily to one of the deeper parts of the river and shoved her under the current. After a few minutes he pulled her back up and hugged her. Something didn't click and Lycrosis thought they must've just had another fight and it was over, she ran back to the house.

Only a few minutes after she'd gotten back to the house, Nathaniel came rushing in and demanded that Lycrosis stay in the house, that something had happened to her mother and he needed to go into the city to get the Auric authorities. As soon as he left the house, Ly ran back down to the river to find her mothers limp body on the edge of the river. When Nathaniel brought the authorities to the body, he grabbed Ly tightly and started to cry. He claimed that Lily had been depressed lately because of her illness and must've just gotten too close to the river and fallen in.

Lycrosis knew what had happened, as soon as she found a spear officer she tried to tell them what she'd actually seen, that her father had held her mother underwater until she drowned. Before she could say anything incriminating her father dragged her off to the house and forbade her from leaving it again, "preventing something like that from happening to her." He only wanted her to not be able to tell anyone what had happened.

Without Ly and without Lily, the Dojo nearly went under in a year and Nathaniel became even more enraged because of this. He took to physical violence when Ly would bring up anything that had anything to do with the Dojo or her mother, that tended to be a lot. After a vicious fight, that nearly caused Nathaniel to strangle Ly to death, she decided to runaway. Her father spent much of the day in the Dojo, so after he'd left for the day Ly ran.

After she'd crossed the river, in a terrified jump, she'd sprinted all the way to Auric City. She was amazed by everything there, having never been past the river near her home she was so enthralled with everything that she didn't notice a thief looking for his next meal, and the two collided.
Ranshi, a hellhound and the number one thief in Auric City, helped her find a meal and the two ran off into the forest to escape the authorities.

After begging to join Ranshi and his band of "merry" thieves, Lycrosis followed him, eventually the two fell in love. Although after a while it became obvious that not only did Ranshi have commitment issues to Ly but he was also in love with his best friend Ari. Lycrosis despised Arien for the sole fact that Ranshi was slowly being taken away from herself. Forcing herself to remain civil, and not succeeding, they all eventually went back to Auric City where everyone met the Boomslang owner, Tau.

Sanura Dojo
The Dojo was fairly small, a circular building separated into four smaller sections all leading into one larger room, the main auditorium. One of the smaller rooms was for Lycrosis's room to teach (ages: 5-20 - beginner), the room next to hers was for her mother, Lily, to teach the women (ages: 20+ ladies beginning and intermediate). Across the large room were two other rooms that Ly's father's friends taught, (ages: 20+ men, beginning and intermediate respectively). The man room was where Ly's father, Nathaniel, taught (ages: 20+ men and women: Advanced).
After the passing of Lily Sanura and Lycrosis's disappearance, the men attempted to keep up the Dojo, however with speculation and the lack of women's interest, the Dojo went under and is abandoned. However Nathaniel has moved into the Risholi Country since and abandoned the house as well.

Additional information:
~ She's "technically" a part-time worker but she doesn't actually get paid. She works at the BoomSlang Tavern to pay for her drinks. Also to see Tau, but no one's supposed to know that.
~ Don't touch her hair, she gets pissy.
~ She's got a tattoo of a flower on her side to represent her mother, Lily. She got it the same color as her marking so if anyone asked she'd just tell them she got the marking from her mother.
~ Her father forbid her from using magic when she was younger and now she has no clue how to use it.
~ She doesn't have a middle name.
~ Lycrosis acts much like a cat, she loves shiny things, is easily distracted, loves sleeping and loves to take naps in the sun.
~ Her mother gave her a large golden bell, tied to a red ribbon which Lycrosis was quick to grab before she left, she keeps it tied either around her neck or one of the splits of her tail.
~ Although she doesn't like Arien much, she loves her jewelry.
~ Everyone thinks that her name is a disease, so she goes by Ly.
~ Lycrosis means 'twilight' while Sanura means 'kitten', she was named because her coloring is twilight colors and she's a nekomata
~ She's based off of a Savannah Cat, which is a serval bred with a housecat.
~ She doesn't know how to swim, which is just as well, since she's afraid of water.
~ Her parents names: Lily and Nathaniel Sanura.
~ No siblings.
