WARNING! THIS IS RATHER LARGE! D8Well, here you have Dragon Ball doodles from November - early January
Honestly, I didn't think it was this much... not that I mind, though 
Not much to say about these, I didn't have a plan (as usual) with any of them x) In the upper right corner you'll see my attempt at the oozaru form, and here and there you'll find a certain SSJ4 even though GT was very much bleh xD The SSJ4 form is cool~
There are also many kid!Vegetas because I think he was adorbs

I like how you've given them far more primate like features. They are based on monkeys after all and I'm glad to see someone focusing more on the animalistic qualities instead of just making them humans with tails. I especially like the way you've given them fangs, actual tails, and those 'hand' feet like real apes. The only thing I've gotta question is, if they have 'hand' feet, then wouldn't the shoes be different?

well... I would think that saiyans didn't wear shoes pre Freeza (since they would need the dexterity of their toes to climb/hold things etc?) and when Freeza came, he would kinda demand that they wear shoes because "reasons"... so instead of designing completely new shoes just because of one race, he would just tell the people making them to make some that were a little wider around the heels... that's the explanation I've come up with at least c:

That makes sense⦠Freeza isn't eaxtly the type to cater to anyone after all. I just thought I'd ask cause they do have a different foot structure. I wonder if it hindered their movement at first though, cause natural apes use both their hands and feet to grab hold of things so it must have been a bit awkward until they adjusted.
As for liking this I really, really, do. I'm not quite sure exactly what I like about them but I love the way you've drawn them. I especially like the way you draw Trunks and the great ape form they have in some of the other pictures. Goku is adorably goofy and that one with Vegeta in the cat costume was just a cuteness overload. The fact that you even draw the girls a bit stockier is the real grabber for me though because honestly it makes them that much more realistic( as realistic as a show about aliens can be anyway). A somewhat chunky Bulma is so cute in this, especially when paired with Vegeta. Cause really, when they showed female Sayans as twiggy little noodle limbed things it just kinda disappoints. When most people think of Sayans they think big and strong and the girls just don't look the part, I mean if the guys more than half the time look beefed up on steroids why can't the girls have some muscle mass?

I'd recomend the original japanese version, though (whichyoucanwatchontheallmightyinternet), it's less, uh, punny and more intense, in my opinion >.> I personally couldn't watch the dub anymore after I checked out the original :s It just became too silly for me ...but I also have the somewhat unpopular opinion that the japanese voices fit the characters better, so, take my recomendations as you like xD

Well, in the Dragon Ball corner of the internet it isn't very popular xD Many people don't seem to like Goku sounding like the child he really is 
And Vegeta's voice also is a lot more, uh, princely (is that even a word), sorta, than Sabat's gravelly growls
