Yes, part two of my birthday present to . Doomy's too good for boring old regular candles and balloons. This calls for glowsticks for candles and glowing balloons!
I dunno why I made the style like this. But in a way, I like it. I think it's cute. n_n Hope you guys do, too. Especially Doomy. xD
