Well... Your only problems here in your drawing are Romeo's eyes, their hands and fingers and Romeo's nose...

For his eyes, try making the pupils bigger and the eyes closer. Put a small and short line for the nose.

As for the hands and fingers, try practicing them by drawing your own hand with the position you want.
