Scraps did something naughty... (probably jumped up onto a chair or something) and so Victor is saving his precious little doggie from the wrath of his angry mother!!!

I've come across this piece quite a few times now, and every time I giggle at it, so it's about time I commented! It's so cute; I think it's the look of fear on Victor and the oblivious/amused look on Scraps that compliment perfectly.
