You are very good at details and rendering your image. Also the composition is great! You do have some anatomy, proportion and pose issues that kind of through me off though. Overall, the pose looks very stiff. The placement of her arms and location of her shoulders look hard to do, and uncomfortable. Her hand size is a bit on the small size, based on the size of her head, which is stylistically large. Especially since her legs are normal is size, it makes the hands look large.
Perhaps some life drawing sessions will help you get human poses down? XD But you're a great artist, keep it up!
