Thank you so much, I was thinking rain but i wanted it to go with the lyrics to the song. So i thought snow would be best suited.

To me you have visualized it perfectly, the image and words go together wonderfully. You can feel the emotions of abandonment, lost hope and desperation all are represented in this piece. My congratulations my friend on an excellent creation.
