Here is the story that Goomingtoll made for the pic:
"So get this guys, Colgate(or Minuette or whatever) slipped on these new boots things she got as a gift from a secret admirer(some stalker) but after putting theme on she finds out she can't take them off, like they were locked magically or something. However, not only does she find out theat the boots are "immune" to magic, but now whenever she steps or touches anything her hooves are zapped by a extremely ticklish sensation. Will she find out how to escape these boots or will she go mad in laughter for the days that follow?(Also magic supretion ring JUST BECAUSE!
) "So, her hooves will be tickled everytime she moves while wearing those tickle boots, and she can't take them off! What will happen to this poor girl!? D:
