Well,Stream had some moments that I found to be rather strange such as when Meiru basically grew out a tail and when they put a bit too much focus on the fan-service on one beach episode towards Jasmine and Meiru.
At least,this was the case for me back then since this comment is kinda old.

Well other than that, I would say the good moments would be that Savage/Beast Man.exe Flash.exe Video Man.exe Desert Man.exe and Cold/Fridge Man.exe were given as asteroid Navis towards their respective operators from the games. With the exception of Burner Man.exe for Atsuki and Spark Man.exe for Terry.
The best part for me was Sword Man.exe getting a momentary operator, who was a ninja-like bank robber. It made me wonder what other bad and or evil Net-Ops could the other vilanous Navis ended up with.
