More buildings! xD
Not to distract from I guess the fake Powerpuffs, but enough so that there's not just huge empty spaces. Huge empty spaces tend towards being a bit distracting.

Hm. The thing I notice is the huge gap dead center between the fake-puffs and the buildings. Maybe just filling that gap with a few buildings but not letting them overlap the fake-puffs?
On second thought, maybe it does look okay (takes note of the empty space above them too). Hmm.
